The Catamount Community Forest Management Committee is charged with overseeing the management of the Catamount Community Forest Property and implementing the goals established by the Management Plan, with assistance from the County Forester and Catamount Outdoor Family Center (COFC). The Williston Selectboard will have ultimate decision-making authority over the Property after receiving recommendations from the Committee. The Community Forest Plan is a requirement of the federal Community Forest and Open Space Program and the Vermont Housing and Conservation Board, and is updated at least every ten years. 

Click here for meeting agendas and minutes. The Committee typically meets on the second Thursday of each month from 5:30 - 6:30 PM in the Town Hall Annex Conference Room (first floor at 7878 Williston Road) or at Catamount. Members from the public are welcome to attend.
